A major drama is about to kick start now in the upcoming episode for Neel (Param Singh) and Tejo (Vaibhavi Hankare) in Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein Star Plus TV serial when finally the truth comes out about Neel's real identity.

The current storyline is revolving around how Neel and Tejaswini are destined to be together and they are again and again meeting each other. Moreover, Neel saves Tejaswini's life two times which impresses Mohit quite a lot. 

Therefore, the further coming storyline will see Mohit suffering with cardiac pain when finally the major twist unfolds and Neel now takes a big step of getting into his doctor avatar so as to treat Mohit. This shocks even Tejaswini too as she was assuming him to be a driver but in reality, he is a doctor. 

Thus, the upcoming episode will now see Mohit taking a big decision as he finds out that Neel is a doctor by profession.

Neel and Tejaswini's marriage 

So, here comes the prime twist when Neel and Tejaswini are going to get married and things are going to dramatically change from here on when Mohit makes this request as he suffers cardiac arrest and now he is not sure if he will be able to survive.
