The dramatic twist is about to get revealed now in the upcoming episode of the Star Plus Hindi TV serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein (GHKKPM) wherein Rituraj, Neel (Param Singh) and Tejo (Vaibhavi Hankare) are destined to fall in love.

As per the recent storyline, we see how Mohit and Mukta get hell like worried for Tejaswini when she doesn’t return home in time. Therefore, the upcoming episode will now see Neel helping Tejaswini and he successfully drops the latter at home.

However, the intriguing twist unfolds next in when Tejaswini introduces Neel as a driver. Therefore, Mohit thanks Neel and offers him a meal but he returns to Nagpur. Now, the new promo is out wherein Mohit suffers cardiac arrest and Neel does his treatment.

Soon, when Tejaswini arrives to meet Mohit, here Mohit gives sindoor to Neel asking him to marry his daughter.
