The story started off with Virat and Pakhi falling in love at first sight where they did not know each other much.
Somehow, they managed to get in touch and decided to get married.
But destiny had some other plans for Virat and Pakhi as they were not destined lovers.
Virat was posted for some important mission where he met Sai the medical student.
Virat and Sai’s bitter and sweet moment had begun where due to major tragedy he had to marry Sai.
On the other side Pakhi was already married to Virat’s elder brother Samrat which was arranged married.
Virat fell in love with his wife Sai but Pakhi always loved Virat and wanted him back in her life.
Later Virat and Sai gave birthday to son Vinayak and daughter Savi.
Before generation leap Virat and Sai died and Savi took forward the legacy as Savi Virat Chavhan.
Post leap Savi met Ishaan Bhonsale and the duo had to get married forcibly.
Here too Ishaan used to love Reeva who is his childhood friend.
However as time proceeds further Ishaan and Savi fell in love and Reeva was sidelined from their life.
Their happiness was short lives as negative lead Bhavar Patil shoot Ishaan to death. Post Ishaan is dead the show heads for leap and Savi is seen living her life as widow. Soon little baby Saisha who is Rajat’s daughter brings joy and new ray of hope in Savi’s life.
Rajat who is Sai’s father is all set to marry Savi for the sake of Sai’s custody and their love story is all set to kick start. Rajat and Savi get married and they win the custody of Sai too but now Rajat learns that Sai is love child of Arsh and Aashka and hence he wants to return back the custody to them.
Savi is unaware of this development and she continues to love Sai like her own child.
