Everything is now going to get too complicated for both Karan (Shakti Anand) and Preeta (Shraddha Arya) in ZEE TV serial Kundali Bhagya upcoming episode.

We see how Karan is hospitalized and is fighting amid the death-like situation because he gets gunshot while saving Preeta.
