Omkara's (Kunal Jaisingh) crucial head injury make Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) and Anika (Surbhi Chandana) panicked in Ishqbaaz

In the upcoming episode there will be lots of high voltage dramatic situations seen amid Shivaay and Anika in the daily soap.

It so happened that Omkara has got a severe head injury and the entire Oberoi family is in tension including Shivaay and Anika.
