In the Star Plus starter Mere Angne Mein Riya (Ekta Kaul) and Shanti (Krutika Desai) have started to become opponents in election.

Riya have been facing quite a lot of problems in life recently from Shanti.

Upti now Riya was not telling anything as Riya was a part and parcel of Shanti's family.

Now, the water has been going above Riya's head as Shanti and Sarla have removed Riya's name from the ration card of the house.
