In Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil the Star Plus starer consists of Naina (Drashti Dhami) and Raghav's (Arjun Bijlani) increasing misunderstandings become a process of tension for Naina.

Naina has been agreed upon to become the surrogate mother to Ahana's child and now Ahana has also taken a new promise from Naina.

Ahana has told Naina that she has to keep the surrogacy issue a top secret so as this does not affect Ahana's husband Mr. Khurana's business.

Naina somehow reluctantly agrees upon the same but this cause difference amid Naina and Raghav's relationship.
