In the Colors Tv show Udaan there are ample of factors that combine togather and lead to Vivaan (Paras Arora) joining Kamal Narayan's team.
Vivaan who was the person upon whom Imli and Chakor were having the biggest share of trust have betrayed them.
Vivaan has all of a sudden taken the decision of joining Kamal Narayan's team and this has shaken Suraj who is suffering from Kamal Narayan's abuses.
Suraj all this way was just letting Kamal Narayan torture Suraj as he knew that Vivaan and Chakor are with him and that's the reason as to why Suraj was not getting broken down.
