Jhanak: Arshi Shrishti does not bother for Anirudh's health

It seems Arshi is all ready to head abroad where she begins the packing. When Anirudh starts feeling sick all of a sudden and he feels pain in his heart. Arshi feels Anirudh is posing all drama to miss Jhanak.
