A difficult phase is about to come up now in the lives of Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) and Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) in Star Plus TV serial Anupama and we don't want you to miss it, We see how Aadhya and Dimple push and pull Ansh when amid this heated argument, Dimple slips and she falls getting serious head injury.
