Star Plus Hindi TV serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) fourth-generation story is about Armaan (Rohit Purohit) and Abhira (Samriddhi Shukla) love story. The show also stars actor Romit Raaj as Rohit and Garvita Sadhwani as Ruhi.

The most-awaited twist is finally here when Ruhi and Abhira are going to give birth to the Poddar babies. Everything goes well till the baby shower function but suddenly Abhira feels labor pain and here angry Ruhi leaves the function thinking nobody cares about her.

Thus, when unfortunately, Ruhi meets with an accident, here Abhira also gets labor pain and she is quickly hospitalized. Further on, this is when the story takes a U-turn because Ruhi finally has her 9 months pregnancy delivery but Abhira will have her pre-mature delivery at 7 month.
