Star Plus Hindi TV serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) fourth-generation story is about Armaan (Rohit Purohit) and Abhira (Samriddhi Shukla) love story. The show also stars actor Romit Raaj as Rohit and Garvita Sadhwani as Ruhi.

While everyone is excited to welcome the two babies, here unfortunately, only Ruhi's baby will survive and Abhira will suffer a miscarriage. can;t 

Rohit and Armaan fall shattered in shock but what leaves them more shaken to the core is when the doctor reveals that Ruhi slipped into coma state and that they don't know when she will regain her conscious. Thus, this is the time when Rohit can't handle this shocker while here Armaan stands silent wondering what he will answer Abhira.

Rohit realizes that it was Abhira's sacrifice which saved his and Ruhi's baby because she gave her injection and it is the same injection because of which Abhira's treatment got delayed.

Thus, he gives his child to Armaan and compels him to lie to Abhira when the latter keeps questioning him about her baby.
