Chirag misunderstands Deepika's character post-pregnancy news in Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua

The tough time is now here for Chirag (Akshit Sukhija) and Deepika (Aditi Tripathi) in Star Plus prime time Hindi TV serial Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua (DKTPH) just after the happy times.

Lavanya has finally accepted Deepika with her whole heart and she is happy to see her taking good care of Chirag. Jhanvi suffers miscarriage when Deepika is blamed for it.
