A shocking revelation is about to happen very soon before Lavanya, Chirag (Akshit Sukhija) and Deepika (Aditi Tripathi) in Star Plus prime time Hindi TV serial Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua (DKTPH) upcoming episode.
