Woh Apna Sa serial depicts the very cruel act of Nisha (Riddhi Dogra) which got caught by Jahnvi (Disha Parmar).
Jahnvi get to know that Adi has allergy of something and that should be treated.
Jahnvi get kaka and kaki convinved that Adi should be taken up for a blood test so that the reason for his sickness is out.
Nisha had given Afi some medicines to have fever and Nisha wanted to hide the same from Jahnvi.
Nisha just wanted to hide away he crime and so Nisha made a very simple solution by hurting self with a knife.
All the attention of kak and kaki which was upon Adi went over towards Nisha's injury.
It would be interesting to watch as to how would Jahnvi prove Nisha's cruel behavior towards Adi to kaka?
