Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki have been advancing with time and this have caused severe effects on Rano's health.

Rano had thought that Tanuja is now permently out of Rishi's life with Netra's entrance.

All of a sudden Rano gets to know that Rishi was only using Netra as a ladder to reach up to Tanuja's love.
