In Dhhai Kilo Prem there are many situations which make Piyush and Deepika get closer to each other.
As per the track Deepika gets to know that Piyush in reality loves Sarika and not Deepika.
Now, the reality check gets amid Deepika who was thinking that Piyush loves Deepika.
