In Aise Deewangi Dekhi Nahi Kahi there would be many situations which would make Tejaswini and Prem get closer to each other.
Tejaswini had saved Prem's family life and so Prem spared Tejaswini and befriended Tejaswini.
Now the other part of the story is that Arjun still has grudges against Tejaswini and wants to teach Tejaswini a good lesson.
Tejaswini wanted to teach Arjun a good lesson and that's why thinks to use Prem against Arjun.
Tejaswini for her own good starts behaving in good manner with Prem so that she can spoil Prem's father's proud.
