Hope, Nakuul aka Shivaay does not take this doll to scare Anika to reveal the truth of the reason behind her sacrificing Shivaay.

In reality the doll resides in a glass box at The Warrens' Occult Museum in Monroe, Connecticut.

It was earlier seen that Daksh had also trapped Anika in glass box to kill her but Shivaay rescued Anika on time.

It would be really interesting to see if makers of the show are planning to introduce this Annabelle doll twist in the show.
