Mahakumbh and C.I.D fame Rahil Azam roped in Colors TV new show Tu Aashiqui

Colors TV is all set to launch a new show ‘Tu Aashiqui’ which is a passionate love story inspired from Aditya Roy Kapoor’s ‘Aashiqui 2’.

The promos and teasers of the show is hitting the screens and is making viewers wonder for the storyline.

Rahil Azam, who was last seen as Dansh in Life OK’s Mahakumbh, is all set to return to the screens with Colors ‘Aashiqui adaption ‘Tu Aashiqui’.

This actor will be seen in the musical show, which also boasts of name like Jannat Zubair Rahmani, Gauri Pradhan and Sachin Sharma amongst other names.

Rahil Azam’s past works consists of shows like Kahin Kissi Roz,Hatim, C.I.D and Resham Dankh among others.

Tu Aashiqui storyline

Jannat Zubair Rahmani will be seen playing the lead role of a girl ‘Pankti Sharma’ while Ritik is a musician Ahaan Dhanrajgir.

Ritik’s character is much inspired with Aditya Roy Kapoor’s character in ‘Aashiqui 2’.

Jannat Zubair Rahmani and Ritik are seen as passionate love couple in the show as Pankti and Ahaan.

The basic love story is well inspired from the Hollywood Film ‘Endless Love’ starring Brooke Shields.
