The upcoming episode of Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan will show that Nandini gets angry on Manik for not wishing her birthday.
Manik realizes his mistake and wishes her birthday by kissing on her cheek.
Furthermore, Amms is still angry on Manik assuming as he broke his promise.
