Current track of Manmarziyan shows that Nandini manipulates Arjun by telling that he will have to get married to Sam taking revenge from Samrat Khanna.
Arjun is confused because he does not want to break both Sam and Nandini’s heart.
Arjun also starts to change in Radhika’s presence but Nandini is not ready to let Arjun turn softer.
