Kundali Bhagya: Karan's (Dheeraj Dhoopar) last stroke saving Preeta from Prithvi's trap, Karan confess love to Preeta (Shraddha Arya) 

The upcoming episode of Zee TV's popular daily soap Kundali Bhagya is up for some new drama and twist.
