Ishqbaaz: Tej (Mahesh Thakur) fake heart attack drama unveils to Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta), Anika, Shivaay sacrifice Omkara, Rudra's brotherhood

The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular daily soap Ishqbaaz is up for some interesting twist and drama.

Shivaay, Anika, Omkara, Rudra all gets tensed seeing Tej suffering from heart attack, Shivaay is worried for Tej.

Anika tries to console Shivaay and controls his emotions while Shivaay will soon learn about major truth about Tej's conspiracy.

Shivaay finds that Tej had intentionally initiated this heart attack to threaten them and confronts Tej.
