Ishqbaaz: Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) and Anika (Surbhi Chandna) leads normal life, faces Veer, Swetlana's wrath with love strength

Shivaay and Anika gets major shock when Tej's fake heart attack truth comes forth, Shivaay decides to send away Omkara and Rudra with Tej.
