Diya's love sparks for Ratan and has realised how much she loves Ratan, Diya don't want to hide this from Ratan.

Diya thus makes a video to convey her love message to Ratan while Ratan is puzzled over it and decides to say no.

Diya and Ratan's love ends on bitter note

Ratan has no such feelings for Diya and is confused over not hurting Diya but also can't accept Diya's love and thus says no.

Diya will be disheartened with this and will take step forward to move on in life leaving Ratan's life as she now knows that Ratan has no such feelings for her.
