Naamkaran: Neil against Siasha (Payal Bhojwani) and KK's marriage alliance, claims fatherhood stands against Avni (Aditi Rathore) 

The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular daily soap Naamkaran is up for some interesting twist and drama. 

Neil has brought KK and Siasha back and takes decision to leave Avni's life forever and never return back to Avni.
