Kartik and Naira are going through trouble times as Naira had to go through operation while Kartik is also tensed.

Kartik tries to console Naira while himself gets panicked and faints, Naira, Goenka and Singhania family thus controls Kartik.

Naira will now go through surgery but the result aren't revealed and thus family is confused, doctor gives all medical aid to Naira.
