The upcoming episode of Thapki Pyaar Ki will show that Thapki meets an accident and both Dhruv and Bihaan run to save her.
Bihaan thinks to unite Dhruv and Thapki as they are made for each other.
BIhaan also loves Thapki but behaving rude with her just to send her away from him soon.
