Meera is hurt seeing Vivaan in pain after him attempts to save Meera from fire attack.

Meera feels bad as she knows that Vivaan endangered his life just because she is pregnant.

Meera feels bad to lie to Vivaan and thus confess her fake pregnancy, while Roma will get her hand over it.

Meera and Vivaan part ways 

Roma will now use this opportunity as her brahmastra and thus will make Vivaan go against Meera.

Vivaan will be broken by Meera's betrayal and thus will throw Meera out of his life and heart.
