Ayesha has controlled Aarti’s mind completely that is why Aarti cannot hear anything wrong against Ayesha.
Aaarti thinks that Ayesha only cares for her and other are her enemies.
Manav and Karan accuse Ayesha for filing Aarti’s ears against them but she will never get successful in her evil game.
