Where Tanya's suicide mystery indulges Raman (Karan Patel) in big problem, Simmi plants NGO Women in Police Station to trouble Raman and sends goons in Iyer house.

The goons ruthlessly beat Mr. Iyer and get him badly injured while there NGO Women attack Raman and try to drag him out of Police station, while there Ishita and Mani save Raman and Police manages the situation, 

Here Param and Simmi execute their deadly plan against Roshni.

Roshni delivers baby boy

As Simmi don't want Roshni to deliever the heir of the Bhalla family, she hurts Roshni and Roshni shouts in labor pain,

However, the family rushes her to the hospital the doctors declare her critical condition and shock family by revelaing that they can only save either Roshni or the child.

The famillies find themselve stuck in do or die situation where Ishita wants to save both, Mrs. Bhalla wants the child.

But thanks to God that Roshni and her child both get saved and Mrs. Bhalla realizes her mistake and confesses sorry.
