Where finally Anjali aka Aarohi (Nia Sharma) escaped from mental asylum with Sudha’s help,
Anjali kickstarts her mission to dig out her past and know the truth behind her plastic surgery conspiracy.
And this follows a big twist in the storyline of Ishq Mein Marjawan.
Anjali aka Aarohi and Sudha trap the kidnapper who kidnapped Aarohi and was taking him out of Nepal.
Where they ruthlessly beat up the man, he vomits the address of the hospital where Aarohi got her plastic surgery and thus Aarohi and Sudha arrive to the hospital.
Yet now Aarohi believed that Deep nothing knew about her but she will soon find herself in dilemma when, Deep will confront the Doctor after Aarohi will meet the Doctor.
It would be highly intense to watch what will be Aarohi's next move after she finds that Deep bribed the Doctor to change her face and transport her out of the India.
