In the future story of Star Plus popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai loyal viewers will get to witness interesting twist as big shock for Suwarna (Parul Chauhan) as Kartik (Mohsin Khan) choose Naira (Shivangi Joshi) over Ashi (Mrinal Singh).
It seems Kartik will get bugged with everyday nuisance where Kartik will finally have a major showdown with Suwarna.
Suwarna will reveal that she wants him to get remarried to Ashi and move on in life.
Kartik will clarify to Suwanra that he still loves Naira (Shivangi Joshi) and will always do.
