In the upcoming story of Star Plus popular show Ishqbaaz loyal viewers will get to witness interesting twist as Anika’s (Surbhi Chandna) critical state makes Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) almost confess love.
It seems Shivaay places beautiful Lilly flowers in his room just to impress Anika.
However, Shivaay’s this plan backfires as he was unaware that Anika is allergic to Lilly.
Anika starts sneezing continuously where she starts feeling sick after some time.
Omkara Gauri gets the remedy for the same and keeps it before Shivaay so that he can soothe Anika down.
Fortunately, seeing Anika in critical state Shivaay will almost confess his true love feelings to Anika.
