In the upcoming twist of Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai viewers will get to see Kartik (Mohsin Khan) making a heartfelt apology before Naira (Shivangi Joshi).
It seems Naira faints down seeing Kartik getting married to Ashi.
Naira opens her eyes in hospital where she gets shocked to find Ashi and Kartik by her side.
Kartik reveals that Ashi married to Karan and Kartik will only marry Naira.
