The love story of Manik (Parth Samthaan) and Nandini (Niti Tylor) is filled with lots of twist and turns in Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan.
Manik and Nandini are much in love for each other but they still could confess to each other.
Some times misunderstandings separate them and sometimes their villains do not let them unite.
There are three villains in Manik and Nandini's live as Harshad, Navya and the latest one is Soha.
Harshad's evil mission to hurt Manik separated Manik and Nandini.
Navya who is pregnant of Harshad's baby tries to disturb Nandini so that Nandini and Manik's love confession postponed.
Now, new one is Soha who has fallen in love with Manik.

But there are two cupids Cabir and Abhmanyu is also in present in Manik and Nandini's lives.
Cabir and Abhimanyu make both Nandini and Manik realize that they are made for each other.
