It seems Kunal (Shakti Arora) gets happy to see Mauli (Aditi Sharma) moved on in life with Ishaan (Kinshuk Mahajan).
On the other side Mauli gets insecure seeing Kunal back and thus wants to get along with Ishaan.
Mauli just wants to show Kunal that she too happily moved on in life.
Thus Mauli makes an attempt to make Kunal jealous unaware about the reality.
