In the upcoming episode of Star Plus popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai loyal viewers will get to witness shocking twist.
It was earlier seen that Kartik (Mohsin Khan) tries hard to make a final call over Naira’s (Shivangi Joshi) pregnancy.
Kartik was very happy with Naira’s pregnancy news but he cannot risk her life.
Thus Kartik takes second opinion and decides to abort their baby.
Shockingly, Naira fails to digest this news and runaway from Kartik.
In the interim, Naira falls flat on her stomach and suffers miscarriage.
Kartik thus rushes Naira to hospital where doctors reveal that Naira slipped in comma due to big trauma.
