In the upcoming story of Star Plus popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai loyal viewers will get to witness overwhelming twist with destiny's special charm on Kartik (Mohsin Khan) Naira's (Shivangi Joshi) wedding anniversary.
It seems Kartik wants to celebrate anniversary with Naira and thus he makes special arrangements.
Shockingly, when Kartik reaches dance academy Naira gets panic attack where he blood pressure drops down.
Tensed Kartik does not know what to do, but comes up with brilliant idea where he quickly cut the cake with Naira and feed her.
Further, when she feels ill at ease he gives the flowers brought to smell.
