The upcoming twist in Kasauti Zindagi Ki 2 will show Prerna's shoutout in Basu Mansion.
As per the current track, Anurag and Komolika are taking wedding rounds but suddenly Anurag stops and thus refuses to marry Komolika.
Meanwhile, there Prerna learns about her pregnancy with Anurag.
Thus now Prerna takes oath to fight for her right in Anurag's life.
Though Komolika is intense furious with how Anurag refused to marry her.
Thereby Prerna makes her entry in Basu Mansion and claims herself to be Anurag's first wife.
Prerna doesn't want Anurag to leave her while she doesn't want her baby to be called illegitimate.
It would be quite interesting to watch how Anurag will react to Prerna's pregnancy.
