In the upcoming twist of Star Plus popular show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein loyal viewers will get to witness interesting drama as Simmi (Shireen Mirza) at gun point to conceal Ishita's (Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya) identity.
Entire Bhalla family is tensed with Ishita’s strange behaviour.
Simmi too gets tensed seeing trouble in Raman and Ishita’s paradise and thus confronts Ishita.
Simmi thus comes to know that she is not Ishita but Shaina Shah who is in real Sahil’s wife.
