Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase shocking twist.
It seems after solving the problems in Goenka family Naira (Shivangi Joshi) resumes back work.
Kartik (Mohsin Khan) comes to drop Naira where he gets to hear security people taking ill about Mihir and Naira’s relationship.
Kartik gets furious and was about to hit them but Mitali (Minal Mogam) makes her stunning entry and stops Kartik.
Mitali starts criticising Naira and Mihir’s relation where Kartik too gets carried away in the flow.
However, real reason behind Mitali doing this is that she too has fallen for Kartik.
Mitali wants Naira to get separated from Kartik.
