In the upcoming twist of Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai loyal viewers will get to witness shocking twist as Naira's (Shivangi Joshi) pregnancy symptom overlooked by Kartik (Mohsin Khan).
It was earlier seen that Naira teams up with Mihir (Kushwant Walia) as per Manish’s (Sachin Tyagi) decision.
However Kartik dislikes the same and confronts Manish over the same.
But Manish does not reveal the entire matter and asks Naira to obey Manish not Kartik.
Naira is helpless to support Manish over Kartik due to his health.
On the other side Naira too starts feeling sick and on getting check she learns that she is pregnant.
