Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase shocking twist in the upcoming story.
It was earlier seen that Kartik (Mohsin Khan) was irked with Naira (Shivangi Joshi) for refusing to romance him.
Further next morning Naira heads to temple and from there she reaches Mihir (Kushwant Walia).
Mitali send Naira’s photo where Kartik gets restless over Naira’s lie.
Kartik waits for Naira and reaches the venue while Naira falls sick and goes to Mihir’s room.
Naira faints down in Mihir’s room due to her nausea and sickness during pregnancy while Mihir and Kartik Mitali are completely unaware about the same.
But Mitali gets shocked when she witnesses Mihir and Naira coming out of the room one after the other and confirms they were romancing each other.
Shockingly Mitali sends the CCTV footage of the hotel room to Kartik also.
