The Makers of Star Plus one of the most leading soap operas 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' have replaced the character of Kairav.
Child Actor Shourya Shah portrayed the character of Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira's (Shivangi Joshi) son Kairav.
But due to some health problems, Sourya Shah had to suddenly quit the show.
With the emotional exit of Shourya Shah from the show,
