The upcoming episode of Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase shocking twist and turn.
It was earlier seen that Naira gets lost in dream romance with Kartik (Mohsin Khan) during Sawan Milni.
Naira along with Kartik kisses Kairav and loves him much.
While the fate has something else in store as Kairav lose conscious and collapse down.
Naira Lisa rushes Kairav to hospital where doctors reveal that Kairav is suffering from Thrombus, some blood clot.
Naira gets shocked as she too went through this big trauma and got the surgery done.
Naira is completely shattered as Kariav is suffering from the same.
