The upcoming episode of Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase shocking twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that Aditya informs Kartik that Naira is alive.

Kartik gets restless but refuses to believe Aditya who is a big liar.

Further Kartik and Vedika begins with their Mehendi rituals where both of them are seen celebrating.
