The upcoming story of Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase shocking twist.
It was earlier seen that Naira gets stuck in the gas room.
Here Kartik comes to rescue her where he too gets shocked to see Naira alive.
Kartik gets her treated immediately when she falls unconscious and sits by her side.
Kartik admire Naira while when Naira gains consciousness she gets shocked to see Kartik.
Naira wakes up in a start and both of them gets emotional seeing each other.
Kartik apologize before Naira and asks her to return back.
While Naira is not ready to return back leaving Kartik heartbroken.
