The exciting track of Kahan Hum Kahan Tum will witness further pleasant moments of love amid Dr. Rohit (Karan V Grover) and Sonakshi (Dipika Kakar).
Finally, the heart surgeon Dr. Rohit and the TV actress Sonakshi are coming close to each other.
Meanwhile, when Rohit gets drunk and roams on road, Sonakshi saves him from an accident and rushes him the hospital.
The moments brings them closer as Sonakshi gets really moved seeing Rohit in pain of his past love life.
However, their silence soon turns into an argument when Rohit gains conscious while Sonakshi starts scolding him.
